WEAVE Return and Exchange Policy

 
Need to have your items exchanged? 1, 2, 3 Done!
Just follow these three simple steps and we’ll do the rest.


 
Step 1: Deliver the item for return and exchange to WEAVE along with its sales invoice and original packaging.
 

Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery date.

Step 2: Please give us a moment as our Customer Care Team assesses your return and exchange item and we’ll check if the item you would like to exchange it with is in stock.
 
Only items that have not been worn, damaged and returned along with its official sales invoice and original packaging in good condition are returnable.
 
Step 3: After our Customer Care Team has assessed and approved your item for return and exchange, it’s done! We are happy to provide you with your new item.
 
In the case that your desired item is out of stock, you will be given store credits equal to the current value of your returnable item.
 

You may use your store credits to continue shopping with us and don’t worry, we’ll deliver the item to you for FREE!

Return and Exchange Policy


1. Defective merchandise due to factory defects, have not been worn/laundered/ altered in any way can be returned.
 
2. Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery date.
 
3. The following must be returned together with the unused defective item:
 

a. Sales Invoice

 

b. Original packaging material and accessories in good condition

 
4. If all the requirements are complied with, the customer may have the item returned and exchanged.
 

a. For the exchanged item that has a lower value than the current value of the unused defective item, the remaining balance shall be given to the customer as store credits. No cash refund shall be given to the customer. The customer however, may choose a replacement of more than 1 piece to make up for the remaining balance.

 

b. For the exchanged item that has a higher value than the current value of the unused defective item, the additional amount shall be paid for by the customer.

 

c. In the case that the desired item is out of stock, the customer shall be given store credits equal to the current value of the unused defective item.
